No, you can visit it at any time, wherever you are. Each course is made up of a number of individual modules which enables you to complete it in your own time and at times convenient to you. If you wish to return to the course at the point you last left it, please ensure you use the same device to access the course and do not clear your cache in between visits.

To search for a new course or if you are in the middle of a course and want to continue, click on My Dashboard in the top menu bar. Then use the search on the left.

No. Your course cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Yes! For each course you complete, you will get a Teach Ours certificate to download or print.

Go to ‘My Courses’. Once you have completed the course and it shows 100%, go inside the course and click on the “print your certificate” button. Your certificate will show your first name and your last name as specified under your profile settings.

There is no specific time frame. Once you purchase a course, you will have an unlimited access which doesn’t expire. You can take as long as you need to complete your online courses.

Teach Ours courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it. Teach Ours courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile phones. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your Teach Ours account). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your account dashboard.

As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided Teach Ours continues to have a license to the course.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Teach Ours can be refunded within 7-14 days.
