Yes everyone buying will have to pay VAT. VAT will be calculated at Washington DC standard rate. Please choose the ‘including VAT’ option.

Once you have created your account and paid, you will receive a welcome email. Go to teachours.com and click login in the top menu bar or use this link https://teachours.com/login/. When you sign in, this will take you straight to your dashboard and your courses, so you can immediately start learning.

Also, some courses are delivered through our partner’s website, and you should receive a separate automated email with your login details and instructions on how to access your courses

You have access to the courses you have purchased immediately and for a lifetime. All you have to do is log into your account.

No, you can visit it at any time, wherever you are. Each course is made up of a number of individual modules which enables you to complete it in your own time and at times convenient to you. If you wish to return to the course at the point you last left it, please ensure you use the same device to access the course and do not clear your cache in between visits.

To search for a new course or if you are in the middle of a course and want to continue, click on My Dashboard in the top menu bar. Then use the search on the left.

No. Your course cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Yes! For each course you complete, you will get a Teach Ours certificate to download or print.

Go to ‘My Courses’. Once you have completed the course and it shows 100%, go inside the course and click on the “print your certificate” button. Your certificate will show your first name and your last name as specified under your profile settings.

There is no specific time frame. Once you purchase a course, you will have an unlimited access which doesn’t expire. You can take as long as you need to complete your online courses.

Teach Ours offers courses for all age groups, but you need to be over the age of 13 to use our website.

Each Teach Ours course is created, owned and managed by the Teach Ours company and individual instructor(s). The foundation of each Teach Ours course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

Teach Ours courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it. Teach Ours courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile phones. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your Teach Ours account). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your account dashboard.

As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided Teach Ours continues to have a license to the course.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Teach Ours can be refunded within 7-14 days. If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Yes, we can receive payments in multiple currencies. Our payment processors automatically converts the payments to your default currency before transferring the funds to us. Our payments processor supports multiple currencies but it also depends on your financial institutions and whatever policies they have concerning currency conversions. Check with the financial institution you hold an account with to find out their policies regarding currency conversions. We are unable to change the currency for an account as every payment has to be in USD, however, our payment processors is very simple regarding currency conversions and it automatically converts your payments to your default currency before transferring the funds to us. Teach Ours payment processors uses a specific price tier matrix to determine a student’s localized price. The matrix will be updated periodically based on market conditions. Teach Ours does not charge any currency conversion fees when you purchase a course. If you forget your login details please go to the website and click on ‘My Account’, and then click on forgot password.

Go to My Courses and click on View / Edit My details in the top right hand corner. Change your email address and then click on Update Profile.
